The SRCCHA Family Handbook contains relevant information and policies on what to expect when being a part of the SRCCHA family. To receive a copy, please contact the Family Administrator.
Curriculum lists are sent out mid-summer. Orientation/Back-To-School-Night will be held the last Monday evening of August. Classes begin the week after Labor Day Weekend. Homework assignment sheets are sent out once per week with weekly course work.
Kindergarten, Grammar and Dialetic (Lower School, K-8th)
Classes are held Tuesdays and Thursdays with the tutors, with normal day operating between 8:15am and finishing at 2:00pm.

Registration for the upcoming 2018–2019 Academy Year will occur in two phases:
On February 1, Re-enrollment begins for current Academy families only. Application for Enrollment will be emailed to current Academy families by our Family Administrator in the Family Update .
On March 1, Open Enrollment begins for both current and prospective Academy families. Application for Enrollment will be available here on our website on Sunday, February 4.
Steps for completing the Application, tuition costs, and other reference material can be found at the beginning of the Application.
From February 1 through February 28, priority is given to current SRCCHA families for re-enrollment.
Open enrollment begins on March 1. Applications submitted by prospective SRCCHA families prior to March 1 will not be processed by the Registrar until March 1.
2018–19 Tuition & Fees
|Tuition:||$2275 per student, per year|
|Math Lab:||$250 per student, per year|
|Application Fee:||Cost is dependent on the number of students applying, and when your Application is postmarked/received by the Registrar. See details in SRCCHA Family Application below.|
|Science Lab Fee:||$50 per student for Rhetoric level science classes (Chemistry and Biology).|
|Curriculum and supplies:||Cost is dependent on grade level, except where noted on the curriculum list.|
